The Memotech MTX Series |
|

Do
you have any old Memotech hardware?
-
working or not?
Do
you know someone who does?
PLEASE don't throw it away!
Memotech
enthusiasts would only be too pleased to take it off your hands
and get it back to working condition. If all else fails, it
would be a valuable source of spares for these ageing machines,
please get in touch if you can help. |

I am trying to make this site as comprehensive a source of
information about the Memotech MTX range as possible.
You are welcome to download anything that you find
useful. But please return the favour . .

There is other Memotech
information that I don't have a copy of, including the
items below.
If you have a copy of any of these, or anything
else I have not posted here, I'd really appreciate a
copy. |

one of these folks and they remember the Memotech, can
you please ask them to get in touch? |

If you have any additional Memotech information that I have
not posted on the site, and are willing to share it, please also
get in touch.
Andy Key wrote many MTX games for
Continental
Software and developed the
Video Wall
software for MCL, he wrote
MEMU, the fully
featured emulator for Memotech MTX, FDX and SDX
systems, as well as developing a range of hardware
for the MTX, including the fantastic
REMEMOrizer. Andy maintains his own Memotech
focused
website which hosts a great deal of technical
information on the MTX range, with particular focus
on firmware and software. I have made a lot of use
of this great resource and miss it on the rare
occasions that it is not available. The site is very
reliable, but to cater for the very few times that
it is unavailable, with Andy's permission, I have
mirrored his Memotech pages here as a backup to
Andy's site - which you should always visit in
preference to the mirror The status of Andy's site
shown below is based on a very basic test - it tries
to read a file from Andy's site, and if there are
problems, the site is flagged as unavailable. This
has been shown not to be 100% reliable, so you are
probably better always trying the link to Andy's
site first. |
