VERY RARE
VINTAGE Memotech MTX 512 + Loads of Extras
This Memotech was owned and used by the Memotech
Owners Club. There are a lot of magazines and other
written documentation about the Memotech also
available to the buyer and included in this sale.
Contents Vintage Memotech MTX 512 Machine With RS232
Port!!! CP\M Unit with Twin 5.25" Drives - This unit
also has a solid state drive inside it which from my
memory is 512Kb. I have 100+ 5.25" floppy discs
associated with this machine. These include the boot
disc, Supercalc and Word Perfect (Was it called Word
Perfect back then?) Separate 8" Floppy drive (No
floppy discs) In Good Condition For Its Year (1983)
Cassette Drive - 100+ cassettes with programs from
Memotech Owners Club Joy Stick!! Two Original MTX
power supplies, one for the base machine the other
for the CP/M Drive. 70+ commercial games See photos
for details. This is probably all the games that
ever existed for the Memotech!!!

This PC was owned by my
grandfather that worked at the MEMOTECH factory in
the 1980s. It’s being sold as seen only. It has not
been tested, all keyboard works fine, no sticky keys
as was bagged in original clear plastic sleeve. I
have opened it up as advised by a MEMOTECH
enthusiast, and I’ve added pictures of the inside.
it’s complete but it has been boxed away for 35+
years. This comes with a Power supply unit as in the
pictures and is also in an original polystyrene MTX
512 outer

Condition is Used. This rare PC is 1 of 3 that i am
listing, that was owed by my grandfather that worked
at the MEMOTECH factory in the 80s. Hence all the
other Memotech bits and bobs im listing at the
moment. This is being sold as seen only, i have
connected it to a TV and powered it up and i have
managed to get as far as a blue screen with Ready on
it, some of the keys seem a little temperamental.
It has been boxed with no use for the best part of
35 years. This is for the PC only.
