BBC Micro Software

Probably the most common "software" for the BBC Micro is the
ubiquitous BBC
BASIC, strictly speaking, being supplied on a ROM, it is
firmware, rather than software but you get the idea. Originally
written by Roger Wilson of Acorn and later ported to the Z80 by
Richard Russell.
