After I A.Viebke mid-December of the
improved SMALL C compiler V 1.2 with floaters
starting point got, I thought to myself
March, note the time difference, that there
SMALL but that could shrink slightly.
This I have done and send you herewith the
Small C Compiler version 1.3.0. What this
can says you SMALLC30.DOC. Since the Graphikrou-
routines of O.Krumnow are public, I also
equal integration into C included.
