Address and video management for dBASE by Jörg-Uwe Oppermann

Call with dBASE TOPMENU then log the drives.
It is the same drive on which the data or the CMD's are.
The program copies itself to its DBF files on the drive and CMD
she writes at the end of meeting the data stored on disk.
The address part is run, the video portion of restricted commands.
